who i am

i'm nitin kumar, a full-stack developer and solo founder from moradabad, uttar pradesh, india. i build and run my own products, and i build websites and web apps for people who need one done properly.

what i do

• my own products. i started MakeOurs, an ai website builder for indian freelancers and small businesses, and i run every part of it: product, design, engineering, infra and growth.
• work for others. websites and web apps for founders, freelancers and small teams, from the first sketch to a site that's live and fast.
• end to end. i'm comfortable across the whole stack, from ui and payments to backend, testing and deploys, so nothing waits on a handoff.

how i work

• plan first, then build. we agree on what we're making before any code gets written, with clear points where you sign off.
• ship, then improve. a working version early beats a perfect one late.
• plain communication. you always know what's done, what's next and what's blocking it.

where i'm headed

long term, i want to build a large tech company. every product and project here is a step toward that.
