terms and conditions

these terms cover your use of builtbynitin.com ("the site"), run by nitin ("i", "me"). by using the site, you agree to them. if you don't, please don't use the site.

my products, like MakeOurs, are separate services with their own terms on their own sites. client work is covered by the agreement we sign for that project, not by these terms.

what this site is

a personal portfolio. it describes my products, the work i've done and how to reach me. nothing here is an offer to provide services until we agree on a project in writing.

using the site

you can browse, read and share links to the site. please don't:

• try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site
• use the contact form to send spam, abuse or anything unlawful
• scrape the site in a way that harms its performance

content and ownership

the text, design, code, logos and the builtbynitin name and brand on this site belong to me unless stated otherwise. product names, logos and screenshots of client work belong to their owners and are shown with permission or as fair description of my work.

you're welcome to quote or link to the site with credit. please don't copy the design or brand, or present my work as your own.

accuracy

i try to keep everything here accurate and up to date, but the site is provided "as is". numbers, descriptions and availability can change, and i don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.

links to other sites

the site links to my products and other websites. i'm not responsible for the content or practices of sites i don't control.

liability

to the extent the law allows, i'm not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including indirect or consequential loss. nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of india, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of india.

changes

i may update these terms. the date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
